Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, all sales are final.
Since most of our items are
made to order, or customized, after 24 hours from purchase, there are no refunds, or exchanges.
If there were any damages
due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours after opening packages. Please include a photo of the damaged product with your email. After review, we will possibly replace or refund your order.
We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
If packages are delayed because of the postal carrier, and no fault of our own, we will file a case with the company to rectify the situation to make sure you receive your package, no refunds.
